Lasersense was established in 2002 as a small laser-only clinic with a superior medical laser machine. We have grown methodically over the last 20 years from a small one-man show, operating from a beauty salon to a well-established and trusted medical aesthetic clinic within a large medical clinic in Fourways.
I am proud to be backed by a highly qualified and professional team of Doctors, Laser and Skin Therapists.
My standards, when servicing people, have always been high and we treat every client as I, myself, would wish to be treated. We do not offer any treatment which I personally have not tried on myself for it safety and effectiveness. If it doesn’t work… we don’t offer it!

We never rush through treatments, giving each client our full attention once you walk through our door. Dr Gus Hoogendyk is out medical aesthetics doctor at Lasersense. He is a Plastic Surgeon whose passion is fine microsurgery which is evident in his meticulous attention to detail when working on his patients. He began this medical aesthetic journey with Lasersense 10 years ago and now has a large client following, most of whom are referred by satisfied and happy patients.
Gus will listen to your concerns and always gives you his genuine opinion. He has a very creative eye and combined with his expert knowledge and caring manner, his patients feel comfortable and secure in his hands.
